WheelHub provides a platform for visualising and trending CALIPRI train-wheel measurements. This policy explains what personal information we collect across this website and the WheelHub application, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect the minimum we need to operate the service:

• Account information — name, work email address, role, and organisation, provided when your organisation creates your account.
• Billing information — plan, billing contact, and invoicing details for your organisation. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Usage information — logs of sign-ins and product actions, used for security and to improve the product.
• Correspondence — emails you send us, so we can answer them.

CALIPRI exports, inspections, and everything derived from them are your organisation's data. We process it solely to provide the service to you, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models or build products for anyone else. Operator names contained in CALIPRI exports are stored as part of the inspection record and visible only within your organisation.

• To provide, secure, and support the WheelHub service.
• To invoice your organisation and manage subscriptions.
• To tell you about service changes that affect you (we do not send marketing without consent).
• To meet legal obligations.

We never sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run WheelHub — cloud hosting, payment processing, and email — under contracts that limit their use of it to providing those services, and with authorities where the law requires it.

WheelHub is hosted on cloud infrastructure in Australia. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and production access is limited to the engineers who operate the service.

We keep personal information while your organisation has an active subscription and for a short period afterwards so a lapsed account can be restored. After that, account data is deleted and measurement data is returned or destroyed at your organisation's direction.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or complain about how we have handled it, by emailing privacy@wheelhub.io. If you are unsatisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

This website uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. The small number of cookies and local-storage keys we do use are described in the Cookie Policy.
