Why we built WheelHub

CALIPRI devices produce superb measurements — and then the data goes to die in XML exports, USB sticks, and per-depot spreadsheets. Trends are invisible, machining is reactive, and the only fleet-wide view lives in someone's head.

WheelHub was built to close that gap. Upload an export and the platform reconstructs your fleet — every depot, train, bogie, axle, and wheel — classifies each dimension against your own measurement plans, and trends wear across inspections so machining can be planned instead of discovered.
