Terms of Service

The agreement between your organisation and WheelHub — what we provide, what we ask in return.

Last updated: 13 June 2026

The agreement

These terms govern your organisation's use of the WheelHub service and this website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organisation. If your organisation has a separately negotiated agreement with us, that agreement prevails where the two differ.

The service

WheelHub ingests CALIPRI measurement exports and presents them as fleet dashboards, inspections, wheel profiles, and wear trends. It is a decision-support tool: it visualises and classifies your measurements against your measurement plans, but it does not replace your organisation's engineering judgement, maintenance standards, or regulatory obligations.

Accounts and seats

  • Seats are per person — credentials must not be shared.
  • You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your accounts.
  • Seat allowances (user and supervisor) depend on your plan.

Subscriptions and billing

  • All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Plans start with a free trial; no charge is made until you choose a plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
  • A change of plan, up or down, takes effect immediately; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
  • Plan features and seats are as described on the pricing page for your plan.

Your data

Your organisation owns its measurement data. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it to provide the service — nothing more. On termination you may export your data; after a reasonable wind-down period we delete it. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service's security or infrastructure.
  • Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

Availability and support

We operate the service with the care of a good provider but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical. Support is provided by email at support@wheelhub.io.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, the service is provided "as is", our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Wheel-maintenance decisions remain your organisation's responsibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
