Accurate in, accurate out
WheelHub is only as accurate as the data it is given. Its trends, classifications, and forecasts are derived from your CALIPRI readings and from how each upload is consolidated with your fleet — so the quality of those inputs determines the quality of the output.
Your results are only as good as your data
WheelHub is an analytics layer over your CALIPRI measurements — it visualises profiles, classifies dimensions against your measurement plan, trends wear, and forecasts remaining life. Every one of those outputs is downstream of decisions made before the data reaches us: how the readings were taken, and how each upload is consolidated with the right set and the right wheels.
We are deliberate about this because the people reading these numbers make maintenance decisions on them. We show you what was measured and where it is trending — we cannot vouch for how well it was measured or that it was filed against the correct asset. That part stays with you, and we make it easy to get right.
What accuracy depends on
Three inputs WheelHub relies on but cannot take for you.
What that means for you
- Confirm the measurement plan and reading quality before trusting a classification.
- Verify each upload is consolidated with the correct set and wheel positions before committing.
- Keep machining, replacement, and position-switch history accurate so trends and forecasts stay valid.
- Treat classifications, trends, and remaining-life forecasts as decision support — not as a substitute for inspection judgement or your maintenance regime.
